Pre-Order Guidelines
Why should I pre-order at VapeFromeu?
When manufacturers launch new products, we often offer a pre-order service. New product stocks are typically limited at the beginning. By pre-ordering, you can be among the first to receive the new products and ensure that they are delivered promptly as soon as they are in stock.
Can you guarantee timely delivery of pre-ordered products?
Yes, our products meet international standards, and we guarantee shipping within the expected delivery dates. While unforeseen circumstances may arise, VapeFromeu will do its best to ensure timely delivery. If there are any delays, we will update the product page and notify customers via email.
What happens if a pre-order cannot be fulfilled?
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to production issues, we will process it in the order of pre-order receipt and offer a full refund for the unfulfilled orders. VapeFromeu is not responsible for cancellations of pre-orders due to production issues.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

Can pre-order items and in-stock items be shipped together?
Yes, you can add both pre-order and in-stock items to your cart. However, the order will only be shipped when all items are in stock. Therefore, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items to avoid long wait times.
Orders
If there is a pricing error on the VapeFromeu website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Due to high demand or limited stock, VapeFromeu may limit the quantity of products available for purchase. Even if you have placed an order, we retain the right to modify the order.
Order Cancellation

The recipient is responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes associated with shipping.
