Thank you for choosing VapeFromeu! As an authorized distributor for all brands, we ensure that every product undergoes strict quality control before it leaves the factory.
Order Verification
Once you receive your order, please inspect all packages and products carefully. If you notice any issues, our customer service team is always ready to assist and ensure your satisfaction.
7-Day Quality Guarantee – Free Returns or Refunds
We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring that you are happy with your purchase. If any item you receive is defective or has a quality issue within 7 days of delivery, we will gladly offer a refund or free replacement, including return shipping costs.
Please note: Products that have been opened, used, or do not meet the return policy will not be eligible for return. For e-liquids, prefilled pods, and cartridges, returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
To request a return or refund, contact our customer service at topvapehub@gmail.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Product code of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return or replacement
We will get back to you within 24 hours.
3-Day Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Warranty
If the product arrives damaged or doesn’t function within 3 days of receipt, we will issue a replacement or refund. Please contact us at topvapehub@gmail.com within 72 hours and provide:
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
- Your order number
Typical defects include:
- Broken components (e.g., glass, screen, etc.)
- Non-functional devices (won’t charge, won’t turn on, etc.)
3-Month Limited Product Warranty
Most products purchased from VapeFromeu come with a 3-month warranty from the purchase date, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Please check the individual product pages for specific warranty terms.
Exceptions (not covered under warranty):
- Atomizers (RDA and tank-style)
- E-liquids
- Disposable pods and replacement coils
- Special components (droppers, bottles, O-rings, etc.)
- Cannabis-related items & rechargeable batteries
Warranty exclusions include damage caused by:
- User error (e.g., water damage, accidental drops)
- Improper charging or misuse
- Hardware modifications
Defective or Incorrect Items – 48-Hour Notification
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at topvapehub@gmail.com.
Provide the following:
- Your order number
- Product description and issue
- Photos or videos of the defect or error
- Product serial number, if available
Note: We require clear visual evidence for any claim. Without it, we cannot guarantee replacements.
Missing Items in Package
Orders may arrive in multiple packages. Please check all parcels before signing. If you find missing items, notify us within 48 hours via topvapehub@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Code of the missing product
- Photo of the outer packaging
We will investigate and provide a solution, which may include:
- Reshipping the missing item
- Sending a replacement
- Processing a refund
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. For orders not yet shipped, refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours.
For already delivered items:
- Refunds are issued after inspection
- Items returned to our warehouse will be refunded within 24 hours of receipt
- Refunds to the original payment method may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
